Welcome

I invite you to explore how you and I can partner to shine a light on the path forward to healing, growth, and peace.

My approach starts with respecting each person’s story and perspective and builds toward goals from there. Whether in relationship with yourself, your partner, your children, or others in your life, sometimes you get stuck in loops and can’t seem to break free. Working free of those cycles can be hard to do on your own, and my job is to partner with you in untangling the knots, making sense of it all, and helping you explore the path to where you’d rather be.
